Shipping Cost & Time

We offer free shipping for most of the countries. Shipments to certain areas are temporarily unavailable. Please note that we do not cover remote area surcharges.

Orders will be shipped within 2 days after the payment is successfully processed. We ship in DHL or FedEx generally, the delivery usually take 2-5 working days if customs clearance is no problem(If it is a remote area, the delivery time will be increased by 3-7 days). Please note that pre-order products are shipped within one month. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

 

We have warehouses in Germany, the USA and Hong Kong, and we usually ship goods nearby.

By the way, we do not ship to APO address (armed forces postal office).

 

Order Cancellation

※ Please contact us first before canceling the order.

1) Customers can cancel the order and require a refund before the product is shipped or produced.

2) Order cancellation is not available after the product is shipped. If customers insist on canceling the order, they are responsible for all the fees generated from sending the package back to our warehouse.

 

Delivery Address

A correct and complete address is necessary for delivery. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, the delivery address can NOT be changed.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you immediately to change the address. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the re-shipped package.

 A valid telephone number is necessary for the delivery address.

 

Shipping Notification

Order(s) will be shipped by Alliwava. Customers will receive an auto-send shipping information email from Alliwava after the order is placed. If customers cannot find the email, please check the spam folder, and add Alliwava to the contact list.
